Refund policy
1. RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
a. Due to the custom nature and specificity of the product we do not accept any returns for orders that have been completed.
b. Only orders that have been placed within no more than 24 hours will be considered for cancellation. All cancellations approved by Ornamental Entries will receive a refund of the total cost paid minus 5% for transaction fees. All placed orders that are more than 24 hours beyond the time of order are considered final, non-refundable and will not be eligible for cancellation.
c. In order to be eligible for cancellation of your order you must agree to and comply with the following cancellation policy requirements. Failure to do so will preclude you from cancelling any order.
i. You must contact Ornamental Entries via email at info@ornamentalentries.com within 24 hours of the placement of your order with the subject of the email written as “Cancellation request” and a written description of your request to cancel. You will receive a response once your order request is reviewed as to whether or not your request complies with our policies and has been accepted.
ii. Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
